How to submit a data deletion request
You can request deletion of data in one of the following ways:
- Send email to shopdoa.net@gmail.com with title Request deletion of Shopdoa data.
- In the email content, please clearly state your full name, email or phone number used on the website, and if applicable, the Facebook account used to log in or connect.
- If you're still logged in, you can also enter My Page to check account information before submitting a request.
Data can be deleted
After verifying the request, we will delete or hide from the system personal data that are no longer necessary for the provision of services, for example:
- Account profile information such as name, email, phone number and shipping address.
- Identifying information related to Facebook login or connection, if applicable.
- Interaction history, favorites, or notifications associated with the account, if securely deleted.
Data needs to be kept

Processing time
