Shipping fees are determined by each SHOP
Mỗi SHOP tự quy định phí ship, điều kiện miễn phí ship, khu vực giao hàng và phương thức giao hàng cho sản phẩm của mình. Vì vậy phí ship có thể khác nhau giữa các SHOP, giữa từng sản phẩm, số lượng, tổng kg và địa chỉ giao hàng.
When viewing a product or shopping cart, the system will display the shipping fee applicable to that product. In the shopping cart, click on the line SHIP of each product to open the page SHIPPING PRICE LIST of the SHOP that sells that product.
Free shipping
Điều kiện miễn phí ship cũng do từng SHOP quy định. Một SHOP có thể miễn phí ship theo bán kính giao hàng, tổng kg của đơn, số lượng mua, chương trình ưu đãi or điều kiện riêng của SHOP.
If your address is in the SHOP's free shipping area, the shopping cart can automatically update the shipping fee 0円 after you select your delivery address or location.
Delivery time
Delivery time phụ thuộc vào địa chỉ nhận hàng, tình trạng tồn kho, lịch xử lý đơn của SHOP và đơn vị vận chuyển. Sau khi đơn được xác nhận, SHOP có thể liên hệ để xác minh địa chỉ, thời gian nhận hàng or thông tin cần thiết khác.
Payment method
SÀN THƯƠNG MẠI ĐIỆN TỬ VIỆT NHẬT Supports payment methods for each SHOP and each order. Common methods include:
- Bank transfer: Customers transfer money according to the account information displayed at the payment step or in the order history.
- Daibiki: Pay upon receipt if SHOP has enabled this method. Daibiki fees may be added to the total order.
- SHOP's own method: Each SHOP may provide its own payment instructions in the order information section.
Payment confirmation
Với đơn chuyển khoản, khách hàng nên ghi đúng mã đơn hàng or thông tin người đặt khi chuyển tiền. Nếu website có form báo đã chuyển khoản trong order history, vui lòng gửi số tiền, thời gian chuyển và ảnh chứng từ để SHOP kiểm tra nhanh hơn.
Check your order
You can check the product, shipping fee and total amount at shopping cart before switching pay. After placing an order, the order status will be updated in My Page or via notification from SHOP.
